Yoga Teacher Caroline and Holistic Therapist Sarah share some wonderful ways to create positive energies in your life.

During this special day, Caroline and Sarah will lead you through some practial and enjoyable exercises. Here's how the day will look:
- An uplifing morning yoga session with Caroline
An hour of hatha yoga postures to join mind and body
- Tea and coffee break with delicious home made cakes
- Reflexology Explained with Sarah
Discover the ancient art of reflexology and how it has transformed to a modern day therapy that treats the whole person, rather than the symptoms of illness.
- Revitalising Reflexology with Sarah
Learn and practice on each other some basic reflexology techniques on hands and feet that you will find uplifting and energising for your wellbeing.
- Lunch Break
To keep the price down please bring a contribution for our sharing lunch.
- Calming Reflexology with Sarah
To calm the mind, body and spirit, Sarah will show you some wonderful techniques that you will share with each other. Some of these techniques can help de-stress, aid sleep and allow positive energy to move around your body.
- Breathing and meditation with Caroline
To absorb all we've learnt, we'll end our energising day with a short session of breathing and meditation
- Tea before departure
