Save money with pre-book, or drop-in when you like
All classes can be pre-booked on a half term basis, and will be based on £6.50 per session. Missed classes are not refunded, however if you are not able to make your normal day, you can swap to another class.
Personal Yoga
Some students have benefitted from one to one sessions for specific individual needs, ranging from building core strength to familiarising with basic postures for beginners. If you'd like to know more about personal Yoga sessions then please contact me.
