Personal Yoga Coach!
Personal yoga coach sessions are particularly useful for people who:
- have a demanding life and lack the time to fit in a regular class but still recognise the need to relax, stretch and tone in order to be fit to handle your every day life;
- want to concentrate on a programme tailored to specific health objectives, for stress management or strengthening a particular part of your body for example your neck or back;
- play sports and want to stretch and strengthen particular muscle groups to improve performance and prevent injury;
- want to go at a personal pace - be it slower, faster, gentler or stronger.
Personal coaching is available at £45 per one hour session, bookable in blocks of four.

Caroline has trained with the
Yoga for Health Foundation and
Future Fit Training.
She is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Gym Instructor and is a member of the
Register of Exercise Professionals and
the
Welwyn Hatfield Complementary Practitioners Group.
